- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies within the business
- Facilitate the performance management process within the functions
- Joining formalities and new joiner orientation
- Ensuring compliance on joining, transfer and exit processes
- Ensuring relevant monthly reports are presented to the Practice/ Business leadership group
- Maintaining daily, weekly, monthly recruitment, exit, joining trackers
- Meet required statutory compliances on an ongoing basis
Salary Offered: 10 - 12 LPA
