Our client is a fast-growing e-commerce platform based in Mumbai.
Responsibilities:
- Lead HR business partnering for the organization across all functions/ teams
- Responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management
- Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders on engagement, HR initiatives and other activities
- Develop and implement multiple employee engagement initiatives & campaigns to inspire and engage employees
- Curate high quality creative communication content to help deliver employee communications across the organization
- Manage the end-to-end process of performance management, support the delivery of cyclical HR processes, eg. quarterly talent reviews, promotions, annual compensation planning
- Also responsible to design and implement effective retention policies and revamp existing policies
Skills & Experience:
- 3-7 years of relevant experience
- MBA/ PG from a top tiered B-School
- Prefer candidates from start-ups/ fast paced set-ups
- Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced, dynamic and cross-cultural environment
- Proactive, self-starter and hands-on
