Manager - HR Business Partner - Consulting Firm (MALE CANDIDATES ONLY)
Position Title : Manager, Human Resources Business Partner
Key Responsibilities :
- Key point of contact for team members and delivery leaders in the BU/ Capability.
- Liaisons between different HR CoEs and business to drive programs, implement processes and resolve issues / grievances.
- Implements key HR processes in the BU/ Capability, such as Performance management, Rewards and Recognition, Supports Hiring Efforts as needed.
- Analyses talent data, reports and shares it with Business and HR Leaders
- Helps in evaluating various HR metrics in partnership with HR peers to develop solutions, programs, and policies
- Leads Employee Engagement Initiatives for the BU/ Capability
- Co-facilitates New Employee Orientation program for new hires.
- Supports, leads, or co- leads, HR Projects as needed
Experience and Skills :
- 7 to 11 years of experience in a similar role.
- Working knowledge of various human resource disciplines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Outlook required
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work in a matrixed environment while managing multiple stakeholders
