Essential Responsibilities:

- Partner with Director HR, India to define and successfully execute initiatives for teams in India

- Play an active role in implementing an effective performance management system, incorporating effective reward and recognition practices and partner with the regional management team, ensuring the process is fair and effective

- Facilitate staff training and development, ensuring we have a culture of personal improvement and the skills that match the needs of the business

- Partner with Director - HR, India on employee engagement, reinforcing for site via key initiatives and partnership with business stakeholders

- Ensuring proper management of all employee documentation, induction processes and exit interviews for terminated employees.

- Supervise payroll process for one's region, ensure all required updates are passed on to the provider with changes, respond to employee queries, ensuring all deadlines are met and that our colleagues are paid correctly and on time

- Maintain and update electronic and hard copy personnel record systems containing all employment-related information including absence, holidays, starters and leavers, benefits and equality and diversity.

- Assist with any requests by employees, pertaining to documentation parallelly ensuring its in compliance with the Company's obligations
