HR Competencies:
- Proactively identifies and implements HR Processes / policies for the BU / Region
- Acts as a single point of contact for the employees and managers in the business units
- Conducting the Employee Engagement activities for the BU / region
- Participating and ensuring training plan identification and deployment for employees
- Support employees in their individual development plan.
- Active participation in deployment of PMS process for employees as per company guidelines.
- The monitoring of HR performance indicators in place.
- Preparation and participation of HR MIS and various Management reports
