Key Responsibilities :
- HRBP with good exposure to Learning and OD.
- Main agenda is to drive learning, engagement and OD interventions.
- Should have his own mind to think independently to identify right initiatives, and perseverance to implement it.
- The person should be open to be all-rounder.
- From good Institute. 5-7 years of experience. Good pedigree. Trustworthy and hardworking.
- Operate independently & ensure employee satisfaction & development of the team be leading training, mentoring, HR initiatives and best Practices. -
- Should have phenomenal Stakeholder Management skills -
- Lead the way in implementing change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition and policies. -
- Responsible for HR operations, Employee Relations and Business HR teams. -
- Understand the business and its challenges to help address the organization and peoples' ask .
- Deliver short-term solutions while also solving for long-term problems by addressing immediate challenges and underlying causes -
- Own/drive HR policies and directives and ensure smooth implementation across the firm.
