Role Overview & Responsibilities: This role holder is responsible to influence the HR agenda with people managers by partnering with relevant HR and business stakeholders. Role would champion customer experience by making queries simple for our colleagues - by providing detailed technical expertise guidance to line managers. - Advise, guide and coach people managers and employees in relation to complex matters across the spectrum of HR Services, driving the right outcomes and solutions - Drive high standards of relationship management and co-ordinate across the relevant areas of the function to achieve the right, and timely, solution - Support the change journey for people managers around a broad range of HR processes. Give support and encourage customer adoption of HR Systems and tools. - Support continuous improvement initiatives by using case and knowledge tools, working in partnership with GSOs and Customer Contact teams to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the service model - Act as escalation point to resolve business-specific problems or to coordinate multiple CoEs to resolve complex people issues - Support complex interpretation of policy and procedures and provide oversight of certain complex events (e.g. redundancy program) working with the HR Business Partner and specialist teams where relevant Qualifications and Experience - - Management degree in HR or related field - Relevant experience of working in HR environment in an entity / site management role - Strong understanding of the operations, employee life cycle - including payroll, statutory & internal compliance is mandatory - Should be able to understand employee demographics and associated risks/challenges to be able to execute on statutory labour compliance requirements - A high level understanding of skills in managing major organizational change and the ability to translate complexity and ambiguity into impactful delivery - Strong coaching, facilitation and consultancy skills with a proven track record of being able to influence at all levels and especially the Executive level - Highly skilled at managing relationships and conflicting priorities at a senior level - Exceptional - Ability to understand, identify, and challenge key risks and controls that require testing within processes is required - Experience of implementing control frameworks within complex environments is essential - Strong focus on internal staff development and driving process efficiencies
