Manager - HRBP
- Implementing new HR policies, procedures and processes as per the changes in the organization to meet changing business requirements
- To manage and support the business unit with Employee Attrition through effective HR strategies & solutions
- Developing and implementing employee engagement activities
- Vertical level induction and HR induction to the new joiners to build the timely connect
- To collaboratively and strategically support Stakeholders in managing Employee Performance.
- Stakeholder Management
- Monitoring and supporting the deployment of Assessment Centres
- Shift Timings - UK shifts (12 to 9 pm or 1 to 10 pm)
- Should have managed a Span of control of 800+
- Post Graduate Degree/ MBA in HR preferred
- Minimum experience of 7 - 8 years
