Manager - HRBP - BPO -NIGHT SHIFT

We have an urgent role with a Leading Group (MNC - BPO) at Gurgaon.

Role : Manager HRBP (Nights Shift 6PM- 3.AM OR 10 PM - 7AM)

Team : 2 People will report to this role

Cab facility - For Delhi and Gurugram

Role :

- The individual will implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results. The candidate will possess the ability to complete high volumes of tasks with minimal guidance or supervision and deadline sensitivity.

- As such, the candidate must be skilled at anticipating problems, creating contingency plans, managing multiple priorities, problem-solving and organizing logistics.

- Key to the position is the ability to keep the team organized, prioritized and on time while also serving as a "go-to" for all areas and departments which dovetail with HR.

This candidate will help foster a cooperative and communicative atmosphere.

Role Highlights:

- Contributing to the business and talent strategy by helping to identify, prioritize and build capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes within different departments.

- Understanding the business and its challenges to help address the organization and people's needs.

- Supporting line management in forecasting and planning the talent pipeline requirements in line with the function/business strategy.

- Analyzing the key talent trends and developing solutions, programs, and policies around it

Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues, Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations/interventions.

- Reviewing and benchmarking the internal and external HR policies/practices.

- Enhancing employee engagement through various departmental level initiatives/programs.

- Using data to measure success by learning, iterating, and improving; analyzing trends and developing proactive actions to further support business objectives.

- Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development).

- Working closely with Leadership and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

- Defining Performance Goals for the employees and independently running the Performance Assessment cycle.

- Providing policy guidance and interpretation.

- Providing guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.

- Promoting alignment and collaboration across the organization, driving synergy and perspective, leveraging common process and consistent messaging.

- Identifying training needs for the delivery unit execution of the Learning charter.

- Participating in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success &effectiveness.

- Coaching individual managers on increasing management capability

Basic Qualifications:

- Proven skill in the operation and utilization of software such as G Suite, Microsoft Word for Windows, Excel, etc.

- Ability to analyze organizational and individual needs and create the most cost-effective package to meet them.

- Proven understanding of the role and functions of a human resource office within a corporate operations structure.

- Broad experience and specific knowledge of human resource theory, functions and practice; performance appraisal systems and staff development.
