Roles & Responsibilities :
- HR Strategy : Work closely with the Business leaders and implement HR strategies.
- Talent Management : Prepare, consult and moderate People management activities, counsel on Talent Programs & Development through Leadership Education & Assessment
- People Development : Consult on People and Leadership Development / inform on HR development programs such as Mentoring & job shadowing / counsel & initiate Bench Planning, Retention, Key People discussions.
- High Performance Culture : Consult, prepare and moderate year end Performance cycle.
- Compensation & Retention Management : Consult in- and off-cycle in BU context (salary strategy, employee salary development) / inform on Equity program / counsel on Retention management.
- Recognition : Consult on recognition tools and approaches; provide advisory regarding the risks and potential difficulties.
- Workforce Analytics : Consult on Business Unit Specific Workforce Analytics while partnering in a data driven environment to analyze issues on hand, preempt problems and advocate proactive solutions.
- Collaboration : Strategic mind to understand business requirements so to work with other HR COE's in deploying and executing HR strategy and HR programs e.g. Recruitment, learning academy, compensation and benefits, workforce etc
- Embrace Social in HR : Pioneered Social way of working with business to ensure embrace new ways of working, collaborate and share
Preferred Industry : IT/ITES/Management Consulting Strategy/KPO
Salary Offered : 15-18 LPA
