- Must have excellent communication and Presentation Skills.
- More than 7 years of hands-on experience required as an HRBP.
- Should have a full-time MBA or any equivalent Post Graduate degree in HR
- Articulate, Drive & Manage end 2 end employee lifecycle Processes
- Should be responsible for all employee grievances and manage & resolve complex employee relations issues while conducting effective, thorough & objective investigations.
- Strategise R&R, handle Employee Performance Management System.
- Partnering with the business and all stakeholders across functions.
- As an individual contributor, conceives, plans and conducts consultation in areas of considerable scope and complexity
