Brief Of the Job Description :
- HR Business Partnering for a specific Business unit of 1500+ service professionals.
- Managing end to end post recruitment HR activities for the responsible business unit.
- To front end and administer all the employee level engagement activities like R&R programs, All Hands Meet, Skip Level meetings and Spot Awards for the respective business unit.
- Support businesses by aligning their CPE's to Performance/Competency based pay
- Act as a conduit between the Corporate and the responsible business units on the issues and suggestions.
- To Act as a catalyst in all the corporate level communication of all the employee driven programs.
- To drive the entire annual performance appraisal process for the eligible population and to liaise with the various line managers and the business unit head on the appraisal normalization and rewards decision process.
- To do the ring fencing of the employees, based upon their continuous performance and business criticality as such to bring them on par with the market standards and thus to prevent the potential attrition.
- As a role based organization, have to ensure the correctness of the role mapping for the employees and to stress the importance of the same to the line managers as the rewards are based on the role mapping.
- Drive the Talent Identification & progression program - an initiative for Fast track talents where they are apprised in mid of the financial year to give them a career progression and next level movement.
- To work with the performance/compensation COE team to ensure the bonus payout for senior management as per KPP achievement.
- To support the business leaders on their annual budgeting exercise and to improve the operational efficiency.
- Have to ensure that the accounts have the right mix of talents based on the job role and job family.
- Oversee the location wide growth initiatives such as Internal Job and Process Postings, Promotion Interviews etc.
- Accountable for timely completion of Performance Management Activities
- Administer the job rotation by identifying the under-utilized (leveraged) employees and rotating them out to other open opportunities where they can be utilized to their potential.
- Value Creation by imploring the leaders on the monthly review to emphasize on their focus area like cost, attrition, head count strength and other parameters.
- Drive the attrition and retention management and hold frequent review calls to monitor the traction.
