Skills : HR Generalist Some Strong in Employee engagement, HR Business Partner, End to End HR Operations, Employee Relation and Engagement framework, HR Systems, Immigration and Corporate HR
Change Management, Organizational Change Management

Responsible for managing and implementing Performance Management process, Annual Salary Review for the business practice. Conduct training program on performance management , goal setting and giving & receiving feedback for people

Educate employees on benefit programs or policies; communicate plan changes to managers, standardization or other unique change events

Note - Candidate Should be Strong in Team Handling (Team Size : 10 - 25)

MBA is must from Tier 1 and Tier 2 Collage

Current CTC Should be above 12 LPA +
