Manager HR Business Partner (Immediate joiner)

My client is a growing public accounting consulting firm, with significance presence in US. They are expanding their HR team in Global delivery center.

They are looking to hire experienced HR business partner who has worked in stratup environment and able to partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the business.

Key responsibilities:

- Provide timely information and/or education for all levels of the company on HR issues.

- Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution.

- Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals.

- Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development.

- Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.

- Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.

Key Criteria:

- Qualified degree with 6-8 years of experience in HR business partnering or a related role, with experience in working with startups.

- Strong experience in employee engagement with good to have experience in HR analytics and/or Learning & Development and/or Compensation.

- Ability to think on the feet, be flexible, and be comfortable with ambiguity.

- Must have experience in employee engagement with good to have experience in HR analytics and/or Learning & Development and/or Compensation.

- Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
