Manager - HR Business Partner - BFSI (Female only)

- To partner with various global businesses to establish consistent and high-quality HR services

- Responsible for ensuring quality and right delivery of HR solutions to address business issues in line with HR strategy and policy, covering recruitment and selection, headcount planning, employee relations, performance & reward and talent management

- Contributes to the development of local business plans, ensuring HR strategy is an integral element in the business strategy.

- Use human capital metrics to anticipate and identify local trends, risks and needs within the business and translate these into strategic and relevant HR deliverables, managing their deployment into the business.

Education / Relevant Experience / Other Qualifications (e.g. Knowledge, Skills, Professional Qualifications required)

- Combined work experience of 5 years with at least 2 years in Business Partner. Qualification in HR from Premier Institute

- Effective team player with good interpersonal skills, influencing, persuasion and negotiation skills

- Seasoned professional who can serve as a consultant to management on major matters pertaining to policies, plans, and objectives

- Knowledge of diverse personnel culture, values, and multi-regional HR policies will be helpful.

- Interacts with management and senior customer personnel on matters requiring coordination across organizational, country, or regional lines
