HRBP - Manager - BFSI
We are scounting for a HR Business Partner at Corporate office to handle employee life cycle of the functions along with a bit of Talent acquisition, this is with one of the MNC in Financial Services industry
Location - Mumbai, Central line
Job Responsibilities :
- The HR Business Partner is going to drive the entire employee life cycle for corporate office support functions.
- Manager & drive hire to fire stages for all employees mapped to HRBP's business functions
- Support in Talent acquisition at corporate level for Non Sales Functions and take initiatives in further assisting the business head in smooth transaction.
- Support and manage all talent management initiatives, e.g. succession planning, talent assessment, internal mobility support, development plans, and effective performance evaluation calibrations and communication.
- Foster a positive work culture by promoting diversity and inclusion, employee well-being, and work-life balance.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the organization's business objectives.
- Set performance expectations and manage the performance of direct reports.
BUDGET - 17-18 lacs
Qualification - MBA full time
