Job opportunity in Pune & Mumbai for Manager - HR Business Partner, in this role you will be managing HR Business Partnering for a leading Business process management organization.
One with prior exposure into closely dealing with Business HR and holding great Analytical skills would be preferred.
Location: Pune/Mumbai
Responsibilities :
- One would be responsible for enhancing the employee experience from onboarding to off-boarding by being on top of employee pulse.
- One who understands the global business context and builds the relevant HR capabilities around that.
- Maintaining Global HR Service Delivery framework, act as a culture & change agent.
- Actively contributing in creating a positive work culture by driving Rewards & Recognition Programs and effective grievance handling, with a focus on building effective retention strategies for the organization.
- Using appropriate methods and a flexible interpersonal style to help build a cohesive team.
- Supporting leaders with organizational management, related to organizational changes and resourcing.
- Supporting leaders with local and global policy queries and applying policies to specific business situations, including determining exceptions.
Qualifications:
- Experience of 10+ years in a strategic HRBP role, and scaling up the organization; self-starter with strong problem-solving skills along with great analytical skills.
- Experience of business partnering with Global organization, preferably from shared services/captives will be preferred
- Understanding of the wider HR process like: talent management/OD, ER, HR advisory, engagement etc
- Effectively managing multiple stakeholders
