Job Description :
- Partner with business leaders and other support functions to maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforce.
- Leads and/or supports annual HR cycle deliverables, which will include performance management; rewards and recognition, awards; etc.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.
- Partners with leadership to align HR strategy to business strategy and Provide HR Guidance when appropriate.
- Develop and nurture partnerships through human resources to bridge the divide between management and employees.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances for the business unit.
- Maintain awareness of the culture, plans, financial position, and of the business units under the HR purview. The individual will implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results .
