Manager - HRBP (B2B SaaS Product Organization)

Role & responsibilities :

- Must have worked in the IT Product Industry

- Min 7 years in human resource business partnering role for a large span of employees

- Managed employee relation process like, statutory compliances, insurance , payroll, rewards and recognition.

- Worked for improving performance and relationship between employee and management

- Employee engagement , attrition performance , HR policy and manpower analysis

- Prepare various HR related reports on a monthly basis.

- Will be providing feedback to HR leadership on critical HR issues in the function.
