We are looking for HRBP for one of the leading automobile company based on Manesar location

Job Skills:

- Candidate must have the knowledge of Compensation and benefits.

- creating goals and metrics for various department

- Budget process

- Plans and communicates preferred methods and best practices for hiring, training, compensating, and evaluating employees.

- handle compensation related issues.

- Must be working on PMS ( performance Management System)

Company is providing pick and drop facility from Gurgaon to Manesar.
