ROLE : HRBP Manager
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
1. Statutory Compliances:
- Effective handling, liaison with local, semi govt. and Govt. authorities / leaders.
- Maintained harmonious industrial relations by training & personal counseling with Union members.
- Represent & negotiated on behalf of the Management for out of court settlement for legal cases.
- Handled court cases & Litigations of Labor, IR, Trade Union, Factory Act, and Accidents Compensation.
- Effective taken disciplinary actions i.e. issue of : - Memo, Warning, Absconding cases, show cause notice, Charge sheet, Domestic Inquiry, Disciplinary Action Committee meetings, POSH committee Meetings, Termination.
- Complete understanding of labor law compliances
- To develop & maintain a harmonious industrial relations
- To redress workers- grievance in a speedy way.
- To regularly conduct communication meeting with workers and solve their problems.
2. Talent Acquisition for both corporate and non-corporate
3. HR Operations
- Creating new employee joining delight through execution of planned induction
- Conducting induction programs and basic trainings for the new joinees
- Hand-holding new joinees for successful assimilation in the company
- Instill practices which help in the capability development of the team. These will include trainings related to business policies, operations and skill development..
- Employee confirmation process
- Execute the performance appraisal process during the year
4. Employee Engagement/Employee Relations/Grievances Handling:
- Driving one-to-one and one-to-many conversations with employees (especially non corporate) to improve engagement and drive connect.
- Responsible for taking new initiatives, finding new ways of engaging with employees.
5. HR Analytics
- Maintain HR dashboards: Hiring tracker, attrition tracker, attrition analysis, spans of control and similar metrics to check the health of the company and people metrics
- Put mechanisms in place for checking on employee satisfaction
- Conduct exit interviews with exiting employees
6. Payroll & F&F:
- Timely inputs on F&F to ensure payout within stipulated and defined timelines.
7. Support the HR Lead on promotions, increments, succession planning and similar HR processes
