Experience & Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, OR a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 12-15 years of experience in Human Resources, at least 6-8 years in core HRBP role.
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR, and Coaching) is a plus.
