Job Description Position Title: Manager, HR Business Partnering (India) Location: Mumbai Job Purpose - This position will be mainly involved in all the HR activities of the India HR operations which will include but not be limited to Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, Employee Engagement, and Learning & Development. Roles & Responsibilities - - Act as facilitator to all stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations in the country; typically, all HR operations under Hire to Retire. - Act as a facilitator for effective hiring decisions are made. Support the Staffing to ensure all metrics are in 'Green' for the India region. - Develop and update job descriptions for all the positions. - Sourcing and attracting candidates by using various sources such as Job Portals, Consultants, referrals etc. - Pre - Screening the candidates as per the business requirement, compensation band and other parameters set. - Manage all HR-related communications in the country work effectively with marketing communications to draft job AdWords and other internal communications. - Provide analytical and well-documented reports to the business stakeholders and HR leadership as and when required. - Responsible for managing the Total Rewards process, which includes reviewing the current policy and proposing any changes as per the current market trends and practices. - Preparing and executing employee engagement calendar for India employees. - Responsible for maintaining data and implementing changes in various HR-related systems. - Working proactively with wider HR colleagues like L&D, HR budgeting, reporting, global rewards, legal, etc. to ensure the latest policy and statutory changes are timely informed and implemented. - Working with external partners e.g. local compliance, legal and other service providers to mitigate risks, provide solutions, engaging stakeholders to do the right thing for the business. - An effective team player as well as demonstrating the desired leadership behaviors - Managing HR audits and ensuring nil non-compliance.
