Job Description : We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in HR Analytics, proficient in utilizing platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, and SuccessFactors. Candidates with a proven track record in managing substantial HR datasets and diverse HRMS platforms like SF, Zoho, and Workday, with additional advantageous experience in SAP Analytics and Macros will be preffered.

Description : Analyzing and reporting of organization-wide data across various parameters in order to generate business insights to drive decision-based data making.
Responsibilities :
- Creating HR Ops MIS Dashboards, tracking the deliverables of the internal team and suggesting for process improvement.
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR Analytics and people Metrics by collaborating with the HR cross- functional team.
- Gathering functional requirements from HR & converting them into technical requirements for HR MIS and Dashboards.
- Managing the costs benefits & effective utilization in terms of vendors' support including the contract renewal processes.
- Interpret data across various parameters, analyze results and provide ongoing reports in order to generate business insights.
- Presenting trend analysis to relevant business stakeholders to aid them in better employee retention.
- Proficiency in using Analytical tools and Dashboards
- Demonstrated competence in the setup and development of HR Analytics
