Manager - HR Analytics for a General Insurance Company

Industry preference: We want candidates only from the Insurance Industry (Life Insurance, General Insurance or Health Insurance).

Complete understanding of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, PowerPoint,

Word and Power BI

Males or Females both are eligible.

Duties and responsibilities:-

HR Analytics :

- Work on manpower planning and budgeting exercise

- Gather information and design employee surveys, exit interviews, and staffing policies

- Analyzing data and statistics for trends with regard to recruitment practices, turnover, performance, earnings, manpower spread and compliance

- Compiling reports of data results and prepare presentation

- Recommending policies that will improve the culture within the company and suggest ways in which to hire the best candidates for the job.

- Conduct employee performance evaluations and share them with upper management.

- Publish monthly HR dashboard on key metrics

Compensation & Benefit :

- Ensure hiring band for all positions is in line with the defined hiring band

- Compensation Survey submission and analysis

- Evaluation of the effectiveness of Benefits and suggest new schemes

- Create and maintain reports on the current compensation as per grade/ roles

- Understanding of regulatory development within or outside the Company and keep abreast with latest market knowledge

- Work on C&B policy formulation and revision

- Partner closely with other HR sub functions to take their inputs and implement any changes in policies

Performance Management :

- Driving the submission of Goal Sheet and completion of the appraisal exercise in the system

- Ensuring timely feedback session is conducted

- Managing issuance of PAP and monitoring of the performance parameters during PAP

- Monitoring and managing Non - performance throughout the year

- Monitoring the execution of fast-track promotion channel
