Currently working on a HR Analytics role with a Financial Services Organization Based in Mumbai.
Key role:
- Responsible for devising and circulation of HR Scorecard for Monthly governance meeting with Leadership team
- Responsible for managing and disseminating Employee Related data to Business.
- Partnering with Support Functions/Business on organization wide Attrition Management and other HR related projects.
- Identifying areas of improvement and driving re-engineering opportunities with other HR-sub functions e.g. Training, Recruitment
- Partnering with HR Generalists/Specialists to provide analytical and general support on all key activities like Audits, Projects etc.
- Leading and partnering in organization wide special projects in areas spanning system automation, workflow solutions, six sigma, e-recruitment.
- Responsible for conducting internal audits within HR unit.
