- Achievement oriented professional with excellent people management skills and to manage change with ease
Roles and responsibilities :
- Managing strategic and core human resource functions with as HR and admin life cycle
- Directing critical HR programs encompassing benefits/compensation, staffing, organizational development, employee relations, and regulatory compliance
- Working on all HR reports like, recruitment plan & status, performance appraisals systems, grading & rewarding system, talent reviews, succession plan, competence mapping, development plan, performance management and employee surveys
- Implementing both market & product operations for HR related activities like manpower planning, recruitment, induction, payroll management, orientation and development through career progression & succession planning
- Assisting on company branding activities; establishing policies & procedures in line with global company policies
- Working on annual recruitment plan and tracking of the annual training calendar developed in conjunction with the various heads of departments and other stakeholders
- Co-ordinating with the Heads of different departments, vendors and other stakeholders for understanding their issues and providing them with appropriate solutions
- Increasing awareness and uptake of company benefits; reviewing and reintroducing the absence policy, including triggers points to reduce persistent short-term absence
- Conceptualizing induction and training methods; implementing practical development programmes which lead to tangible improvements in individual and overall organizational performance
