Description :
Reporting to Head, you will be responsible for :
- Developing a strategy for HoReCa/Institution segments for large format retail brand towards achievement of set targets
- Ensuring engagement of members to achieve sales target from different accounts, by presenting a compelling and holistic business proposition
- Coordinating with HO team for getting right payment solution
- Flawlessly implementing and executing input shared by senior Management across company
- Recruitment and training
- Mapping the market and analysing different geographies
- Managing different key accounts and managing various key stakeholders
Profile :
- You should be an MBA with an experience range of more than 6 years in FMCG industry.
- An ideal candidate should have the ability to influence and align cross functional decision making, based on member feedback.
- Candidate should also think out of the box to find avenues of business growth and development.
