Job Details Location: Sakinaka, Mumbai (1 Openings) Shift Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM ( Day Shift ) Weekly Working Days: 6 Days Off Days: SUN Salary Offered: 15.0 Lac to - 20.0 Lac (annually) Experience: - Experience of 5 yrs as Sales / Business Development mandatory - Compulsory 4 years of experience in Chilled/Frozen/Dairy Food FMCG company - Experience in FMCG / F&amp;B preferred Age: 25 - 35 yrs Communication : Fluent English skills Ability to [Speak, Read &amp; Write] Job Description - Set and achieve monthly / quarterly / annual targets for the area of operations in terms of Channels and distributors - To ensure mapping of the potential market in terms of Institutions Channels and nurture direct relations with Key Business clients. - Identify area opportunities and potential through Market Intelligence. - Participate actively in Brand discussion and communication. - Achieve &amp; monitor progress of Sales. - Managing and monitoring budgets for effective and optimal utilization. - Ensure product availability at all relevant channels through the distributors sales force as per Company guidelines. - To create a template with the objective of increasing the focus of Categories in the defined area of operations. (Visibility/Priority Products etc.) - Help Distributors to manage business profitably &amp; monitor the progress. - Ensure the proper and correct execution of sales and trading terms determined by the company - Monitor and minimize the level of Bad goods returns. - Ensure distributors efficient and effective support for the Institution Coverage. - Monitor Distributor overhead expenses &amp; profitability (ROI) - Monitor Distributors debt and ensure payment terms are respected. - Develop strong business relationship with distributors and trade. - Review sales, call and other performance reports including key outlets. - Accurate and timely reports on Market intelligence: competitors activity, price changes and promotional support - Ensure market hygiene.
