Manager - Hedge Funds - Accounting Firm

- Minimum graduate from reputable universities with excellent academic result, majoring in Accounting or Finance Experience

- The candidate must have 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a Big 4 Firm and Fund Admin Industry.

- Strong tax accounting skills with proficiency in US GAAP and tax compliance and understanding of Federal taxes

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software programs, including spreadsheet programs (i.e. Excel)

- Review of Partnership tax allocation work papers, Annual aggregate work paper, monthly and quarterly estimate work papers for Alternative Investment Products (Hedge Fund (HF).

- Review of Summary Distribution file, where we track Capital activities from NAV files.

- Review of various Hedge Fund (HF) book to tax adjustments/reclasses like Wash Sales, Market Discount, OID, Straddles, QDI, DRD, 987, 988, In kind, Basis and Foreign Forms etc.

- Review of Form 1065 tax returns and their supporting workpapers and associated schedules, extensions (Form 7004) and required State Filings.
