Job Purpose: - To head the recruitment function for captive offshoring unit in India. - Define and implement a consistent Recruitment and Selection service delivery vision, and model/strategy, creating competitive advantage through effective and efficient Talent acquisition mechanisms. - Craft employee value proposition and be a key driver as needed to maintain preferred employer status in a tight employment market so as to attract and retain the best talent, across diverse (as well as evolving) Business and Role requirements. Key Responsibilities : - Responsible for recruitment for all business unit in India. - Design and establish hiring plans (includes the right mix of sourcing and selection methodologies) that determine the cost, productivity, and timeliness of deliverables accounting for risk, manpower and market changes for hiring. - The constant drive to strengthen and increase utilization and effectiveness of low-cost channels by constant efforts to utilize IJP s, Employee Referral Schemes, Campus recruitments, Job Portals, website etc. - Understand the client/management requirements and accordingly build MIS to track, analyze and improve hiring efforts. - Front end all Recruitment related Audit activities - Ensuring control and compliance mechanism for all recruitment related activities - Partner with HR Generalists/Specialists on special initiatives, as required from time to time especially in the Talent Management arena and building retention programs Experience &amp; Knowledge : - Exposure and understanding of Recruitment function and market dynamics - Ability to work in challenging business/market environment with aggressive targets / stringent timelines - Overall Experience should be 10 - 15 years (at least three plus years in a managerial role) - Exposure in developing a partnership with team seniors and key stakeholders in an effort to drive a client-oriented culture and delivery model
