Manager/Head - Research & Analytics - eCommerce - Real Estate

We are looking for Research & Analytics Manager/ Head with one of leading e-commerce portal in Noida

Experience: 8 yrs+ in research/ consulting in real estate.

Location - Noida

Role description and responsibilities:

- Develop proprietary research output for Company

- Lead a team to successfully meet the required content/business goals for Company

- Leverage the data from the website and other mediums to generate high quality output and analytics

- To develop tools and mediums to provide users with cutting edge information and research

- Be the nodal point for functions such as sales, operations, marketing, and product development.

- Evangelize new products by leveraging internal networks or alliances with large institutions

Requirements:

- Strong educational background

- Experience of having worked in an IPC/ Bank handling research for real estate / similar set-up

- Eye for detail and good quant skills

- Highly analytical and detail oriented; expert excel knowledge

- Ability to develop high quality report and analysis

- Good people and project management skills

Other important attributes:

- Experience in the research/ analytics space in real estate.

- Logical thinking

- MBA from top B school would be a plus
