Operations Head :
Job profile includes client servicing, audience development, event production and operations, show running, preparing estimates, vendor management, internal coordination, logistical planning, procurement, coordinating with travel agents and hotels
- Responsible for managing and ensuring coordination of activities for smooth delivery of programs signed up with clients
- Oversee and ensure flawless delivery of our programs
- Manage delegate acquisition and the delegate acquisition team for events
- Coordinate with clients to get required details for events / programs they have signed up for including conferences, business meetings, bespoke events and virtual events
- Drive and manage the audience acquisition team for audience acquisition to the event
- Maintaining and adhering to timelines and reporting to client on the program they have signed up for
- Managing administrative functions linked to ensure specific projects/ programs are delivered efficiently
- Ensure team is adequately prepared and briefed for each event / program
- Production and operation planning to onsite execution, preparing estimate to invoicing, preparing of show flow to show-running
- Coordinating suppliers, handling client queries and troubleshooting on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly
- Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery
- Analyse event performance and prepare metrics to be presented to the client
- Coordinating with client from start to end execution
- Coordinating with hotels and travel agents
- Identifying, negotiating, booking suitable venue or location for the events
- Coordinating venue management, contractors and equipment hire
Prerequisites :
- Excellent Language skills / email and spoken English - MS Excel and Powerpoint
