The ideal candidate will be working on interesting mandates and building the rockstar team for the firm. You should be: - Eager to take ownership and love learning new things - An expert in people management - the firm deals with CXO and CXO-1 level executives so this is an important skill. - Proactively build relationships with prospective clients through telephone, face to face meetings and formal pitches - Have good understandings on the organization structure across sectors. If you had an experience in head-hunting - you would be prepared. - Liaise with existing and prospective clients to ensure they are regularly and consistently updated on progress ensuring all clients receive a positive recruitment experience. - Able to independently handle mandates and deliver on tight timelines - Have excellent communication and articulation skills - Willing to work in a startup environment / should have an entrepreneurial mindset - ready to work for 6 days a week. - Be able to create a strong team in the next 4-5 months so that you can move to the higher role Salary Offered: 8 LPA + ESPOS
