Manager/Head - Indirect Tax - CA

Job Description:

- Execution on client engagement - Ensure quality delivery as per client requirements. Preparing of Various Returns, timely payment of Statutory Taxes, Reconciliation of GST payable and paid.

- Review of working papers and client folders. Reconciliation of Returns with the books of Accounts, and GSTR 2A. Timely completion of GST-related compliances, Advisory related to Indirect Taxes including GST and Custom.

- Preparation and filing of GST refunds, follow up and liaison with the department Preparation of various pre-GST Assessment and Litigations, executing routine and operational compliance related activities.

- Preparing and filing of GST Annual Return and Reconciliation Statement.

- Preparation and submission of Response to various authorities related to Indirect taxes. Ensure compliance with engagement plans and internal quality & risk management procedures.

- Co-ordinate with clients, train and supervise the work of team members.

- Candidate will need to handle and supervise GST assignments related to the department. Identify areas requiring improvement in the client's business processes to enable preparation of recommendations
