1. Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
2. Implementing and revising a company's compensation and incentive program
3. Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures
4. Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling.
5. Planning and conducting employee training program.
6. Handling Hr generalist activities - employee engagement, recruitment etc.
Languages: English (Fluent), Hindi, Marathi
Competency Requirement: Interpersonal Skills, Problem Solving Skills & Ability to Work under stress.
