Manager/Head - Finance - International School - CA

We are executing a search for an upcoming International School in Pune.

Position - Finance Manager/Head

Location - Pune

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the proper maintenance of the School's Accounting records,

- Preparation of all Students' accounts and for ensuring their prompt settlement,

- Creating and processing of invoices, sending invoices and receipts to students, crosschecking invoices with receipts, processing refunds and tracking and reporting of overdue payments.

- Responsible for collection of fee and other charges and to keep a proper record

- Monitor income and expenditure in relation to the school's budget, and produce monthly reports for the Master and the relevant school committees.

- Exceptional data analysis & forecasting skills with hands on experience in advance excel

- Responsible for the completion of the school's payroll, statutory payments like PF, Income Tax and returns to submitted within required deadlines.

- Ensuring processing and release of staff salaries within the stipulated timelines.

Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred with 10-15 years of relevant experience in an International School/Institution.

- Strong Interpersonal/Communication Skills

- Strong Analytical Skills
