Job description :

We are looking for a remote Growth Marketing Operations Manager to scale our top of the funnel acquisition of developers and customers. You will join our data-driven, analytical team of growth marketers, product managers and analysts who are responsible for fueling Turing bottom line revenue growth and accountable for acquiring high-quality clients and talent to our network.

Job responsibilities :

1. Continuously define, execute and measure Turing's demand and supply growth strategy.

2. Facilitate seamless execution of all growth initiatives through the entire project life cycle.

3. Manage existing marketing assets to maintain quality and enhance their effectiveness.

4. Responsible for identifying problems, building hypotheses, experimenting, measuring, and rapidly iterating on our daily activities.

5. Prepare and present marketing initiative updates for monthly business reviews.

6. Work closely with Engineering, Product, Data Science, and Sales teams.

7. Defining and monitoring meaningful KPIs, and constantly striving to improve them.

8. Hire and lead a global team of marketing analysts.

Job requirements :

Relevant Experience :

1. 1-4 years of prior Operations leadership experience.

2. Should have led a very effective operations team of 10+ people in the past.

3. Engineering/STEM degree from a top school strongly preferred

Data-driven :

1. Drive key metrics by ruthlessly focusing on high-ROI opportunities. The GMOM must have a proven record of creating sensible KPIs rather than just following industry best practices, many of which don't neatly apply when the GMOM is in an uncharted territory of innovation.

2. This GMOM will be expected to dive deeply into data by working with data scientists and translating key insights into operations processes and product features.

Good collaborator :

1. Be able to interface with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Sales. Each team has a different personality. 2. You will need to clearly communicate priorities with stakeholders and set the right expectations while being fun to work with.

Move fast and be comfortable breaking things :

1. Turing moves fast. Teams routinely launch big experiments that may break the funnel and KPIs. We expect everyone to launch ambitious experiments optimizing for long-term growth and be comfortable with things breaking in the short-term.

Growth mindset and positive attitude :

1. Proactively seek out improvement opportunities in operations and products. Reach out for insights and feedback. Let's have fun building things together.

Nice-to-Have :

1. Interest in product management

2. Experience working with sales and product

3. Technical knowledge and prior experience working with engineers

4. Prior experience as a startup founder is a plus
