Manager - Growth Marketing - IT

Blend (https://www.blend.to) is an AI powered command center for e-commerce sellers to grow their sales. Sellers use Blend app to create beautiful product photos, write SEO-optimized product descriptions and run advertisements on marketplaces and social.

Launched in May 2021, Blend has now over 100k users from 170+ countries.

To help us get to our users, we are looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to join our team. A brief of what you'll do :

- Work closely with the founders to define and execute on data-driven marketing strategies

- Lead all aspects of organic and inorganic growth - SEO, Content Marketing, ASO, Performance Marketing, Community

- Formulate and execute SEO strategy working closely with content agencies and web developers

- Own entire lifecycle of all marketing campaigns, including overall strategy and design, day-to-day execution, analysis, and ongoing optimization

- Manage and improve performance in organic and paid search, 3+ years relevant experience in performance marketing (e.g., data-driven digital marketing, content marketing) at a B2B company, ideally in a tech startup

- Collaborate with design and editorial teams to produce high quality content

- Perform A/B testing of key marketing materials and strategies in order to drive ongoing campaign optimization

Requirements :

- 3+ years relevant experience, ideally in a global tech startup.

- Hands on experience in delivering measurable growth through performance marketing on Google, Facebook, InMobi, Reddit and other networks

- Understanding of analytics tools and attribution models

- Willing to go the extra mile to hustle, build teams and networks while leading a team is what it takes to go for this role at this startup
