KEY DELIVERABLES (TOP 5):
- Build & manage an on-ground sales team to build a travel agent network and then push sales through the network
- Build and manage a team of BTL agents to push direct sales to consumers for our products
- Manage targets and incentive structure for the team to maximize sales and team efficiency
- Identify levers to increase bus occupancy and run campaigns to maximize occupancy
- Work with analytics & Tech. teams to build relevant revenue management products
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Should have 5+ years of experience, preferably in Travel Agent Sales,Telecom Sales, FMCG Sales or consumer internet company
- Should have a strong analytical bent of mind with good understanding of data
- Experience of offline marketing channels/ BTL apart from online channels
- Experience of setting up teams good to have
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Btech./ BE/ Other undergraduate degree from a reputed college
- MBA from a top tier college
