If the candidate is an Electrical Engineer : - Checking of Single Line Diagram &amp; Electrical Panel Drawings against the BOQs. - Preparation of BOQs for Electrical Distribution System. - Experience in Installation &amp; Commissioning of HT Transformer, HT Switchgears, DG Sets, LT Panels, PCCs, MCCs, Capacitor Banks, AMF Panels, AVRs, etc. - Experience of LV Devices like ACBs, MCCBs, RCCBs, VFDs, Power Contactors, Protective Relays; its selection and application for LV Panels. - Experience of Relay Co-ordination System. - Sound Knowledge of Electrical Safety. - Knowledge of Energy and Power Management System, Automation system (PLC/DCS/SCADA) and it interfaces with Electrical system ( preferable ). - Knowledge and hands-on experience in the application of Renewable Energy projects ( preferable ). - Should be conversant with statutory needs of Electricity Board, Electrical licensing Board, Electrical Inspectorate, Pollution Control Board, Explosives Department, Inspector of factories, etc. - Knowledge of Annual Budgeting - Power &amp; Fuel, Maintenance and Repair Costs. - Experience of Spares Management System. - Experience of Planned (Predictive, preventive &amp; break down ) Maintenance System. If the candidate is a Mechanical Engineer : Experience in Structural Fabrication &amp; Erection. - Knowledge of various Mechanical Design Codes &amp; Standards ( preferable ). - Knowledge of Equipment like Reactor, Heat Exchanger, Mixing Tank, Storage Tank, etc (preferably Paint Industry). - Experience of unloading, shifting &amp; erection of Equipment with proper safety measures. - Experience of studying P&amp;IDs - Experience in preparation of Piping &amp; Structural BOQ. - Knowledge of Annual Budgeting - Power &amp; Fuel, Maintenance and Repair Costs. - Experience of Spares Management System. - Experience of Planned (Predictive, preventive &amp; break down ) Maintenance System. Candidate Profile: Education and Work Experience Requirements: - The candidate should be B.E. / B. Tech. ( Electrical / Mechanical Engg. ) from Jadavpur University / Shibpur B.E. College ( IIEST ) / NITs / IIT Roorkee / New IITs or equivalent - 10-15 yrs in Paint &amp; Resin Industry ( preferable ) or in FMCG / Pharma Industries. Personality Trait Requirements: Good communication skills. - Co-ordination with Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation Consultants &amp; Contractors is essential. - Liasioning with the Govt. authorities for various Statutory aspects. - Knowledge in updated Safety Norms.
