Manager - Government & Regulatory Liaison

- Minimum 3 years of experience in governance, government regulatory, compliance, corporate affairs, policy governance and advocacy .

- Experience of managing all aspects of government regulatory compliance and corporate governance

- Expertise in keeping lists of the agencies or personnel representing the person, agency or organisation, facilitating meetings and cooperation among people, agencies and organisations; identifying problems in communications among groups; collaborating and communicating with necessary constituents and the public;

- Broad role encompassing all aspects of regulatory strategy to support countries in region, including clinical, CMC and risk management requirements, and oversight of strategic regional labelling issues.

- Contributes to development and execution of regional regulatory policy issues.

- Detecting collaborative opportunities, securing stakeholder buy-in for various collaborations, overseeing negotiations to help organisation receive the maximum benefit possible

- Expertise in developing and implementing strategies to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards while promoting good corporate governance practices

- Aligning processes and actions with the organisation's business goals.

- Identifying and addressing all of the organisation's risks.

Ensuring all activities meet legal and regulatory requirements.

Establish and maintain high-level relationships with government authorities.
