Manager - Government Consulting - IIT/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Job Description is as mentioned below

- Develop and oversee the strategic direction and implementation and Delivery of the Program

- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with government stakeholders and key partners at a senior level

- Provide strategic insight at technical working groups and/or other high level meetings/conferences as a senior level representative

- Undertake donor and grant management and manage the operations and finances of the program to meet deliverables within the appropriate timeframes

- Demonstrated success in coordinating various stakeholders/interests (public sector engagement would be highly relevant) and developing strong relationships in order to drive a process successfully

- Work with leadership to further the scope of the program and identify new areas where the organization can deliver value

Desired Candidate Profile

- Looking out for the candidates with below mentioned attributes

- Masters degree in business administration, management sciences or a related field from Tier 1 Institutes only ( IIT / IIM etc)

- Should have hands on experience in Conceptualizing, Managing and Supporting the programs

- Strong experience in management consulting with highly reputed consulting firms

- Proven expertise in highly innovative strategy building based on data analytics and execution in the domains of B2C services, retail, supply chain or allied areas

- Ability to manage multiple projects or work streams

- Demonstrated success in coordinating various stakeholders/interests (public sector engagement would be highly relevant) and developing strong relationships in order to drive a process successfully

- Exceptional diplomacy and interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to build strong professional relationships with a range of stakeholders in a challenging, multi-cultural environment

- Ability to navigate complex government processes and favorably influence decision-making in a professional and collaborative manner
