Work Description:

- Accountable Google paid marketing channels - Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display, Affiliate

- RESEARCH search keywords, audiences, competitors to setup ads group

- SETUP ADS campaigns with a strong HOOK to drive CTR, traffic, conversion on the website

- SPLIT TEST of ads copies, landing pages, creatives, video content engagement

- Accountable for ROI, CPA, CPC, CPV targets for all ads spends

- ATTRIBUTION - Setup tags managers [UTM, GTM] for to track & optimize user behaviors

- RETARGET on Facebook, Instagram

- ANALYSE trends using website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Shopify)

Candidature requirements:

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Google SEM paid campaigns

- Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports

- Strong understanding of tracking, tagging, and pixel management.

- YouTube content marketing added plus

- Deep expertise in remarketing strategies added plus

- Highly digital tools savvy to drive performance
