Urgently looking for Manager - (Go to Market / Trade Marketing) - FMCG (Personal care) for Mumbai Location
Job Description:
Market Specific Strategy:
- Defining, evolving and improvising in consultation and collaboration with sales leadership and the marketing team
- Go between field sales and marketing - converts brand strategy into sales implementation
- Create understanding and buy in for the same within the sales function
Sales Process Owner:
- Central Owner for all sales processes
- Provides process related support to Zones
- Ensures implementation of the processes across the sales organization
Trade Marketing:
- Forms the trade marketing calendar in collaboration with Zones and marketing
- Meets the short, medium and long term trade marketing objectives
- Ownership for trade marketing budgets
Loyalty Programs:
- Owner of trade loyalty programs
- Owner of distributor loyalty programs
RTM Development:
- Lead for sales force automation, single point contact for vendor and zones
- Designing MIS systems
- Developing Distribution reach across town class and retail environments
- Distributor health - profiling, designing health checks, collaborating on consolidation plans with zones etc.
Third Party Capability:
- Third party incentive programs - plans, payouts, performance bucketing.
- Capability building processes
Requirement:
- Education: MBA/PG in Sales & Marketing/Business from tier institute
- 5 to 8 years in FMCG industry. Experience in line sales role and trade marketing
- Hands on experience with Sales Automation.
- Experience (preferably having exposure to Home and Personal care segment)
- Sales Management, Planning and Operational Skills
- Negotiation Skills
