Manager - Go To Market Strategy
- To design and implement go to market plans across the SME segment to drive revenue and distribution across shared retail channels, strategies for new product & product category launches etc.
- To manage commercial processes for selected circles for the SME Business segment. Commercial processes also includes managing tariffing processes in order to achieve margin budget for the SME business.
- Additionally manage & coordinate various agreed national projects with an objective of exceeding revenue budget, whilst complying with agreed timescales and agreed policy guidelines as also with all regulatory norms.
Role
Strategic:
- Design and implement product level GTM (Go-to-market) strategies for SME products/services for selected circles
- Design and implement national projects which will help over achieve the revenue budget for the SME segment
- Design and implement commercial processes with an objective to manage margin through tariff planning and build speed and simplicity in process for selected circles.
Operational:
- Manage GTM strategies in co-ordination with corporate marketing team and circle sales team to exceed revenue budget
- Manage and achieve milestones for agreed national level projects
- Work with the sales and marketing team in the circles and across departments in corporate to implement successful commercial guidelines
- Meet operational TAT for commercial processes
Output Expected:
- Achievement of new and focus product penetration as per budget
- Achievement of specific project level parameters
- Achievement of Contribution margins for the SME business
- Meet operational TAT for commercial processes
- Contribution to the Segment Revenue Achievement for the selected circles
Qualifications: Mba/ Pgdm/ Masters (others)

- Knowledge of Product Management
- Strong B2B Sales experience
