Manager - Go to Market - CPG/FMCG

Looking for candidates with experience in GTM Strategy, RTM Expansion and GTM tactics implementation. Candidates who have designed them. We need people who design/own these processes.

- Experience in Sale development and Management.

- Set up distribution Centers, Building team, Sales Automation, Sales Capability, Drive Sales efficiency & effectiveness, Business planning and Cost optimization.

- Go to Market - GTM Strategy Formulation & Primary & Secondary

- Steering the entire sales & marketing strategy development, GTM program development, profit, revenue targets and market share targets, finalizing annual operating plan, formulating, and implementing strategic plans.

- Experience in the working with the GTM team giving directions and planning.

- Candidate willing to work on Road net or some one who has an experience in road net.
