Designation: GM/ Manager Sales & Marketing HR

Reporting To : VP - HR

Qualification : MBA Full Time

Exp : Min 12 Years

- HR Generalist, overall hands-on experience in HR, Generalist functions for Sales & Marketing Division.

- He will be responsible for PAN India HR Activities

- Good Exposure in Sales & Marketing HR activities.

- Able to advise management on key HR issues.

- Able to work for Employee engagement activities.

- Training & Development

- Performance Incentives & All

- A self motivated person to independently handle Manpower Planning, recruitment, training development, Performance Management, Employee welfare, etc.

- He should possess Excellent Management, Policy Review & Drafting, Communication & Coordination, Team building & good interpersonal skills.

- He should be able to effectively lead the entire HR Team.
