Manager - Global Treasury Services Business Management - Banking

The Treasury Services Business Management is a part of Global CIB F&BM function providing extensive support to Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB) Wholesale Payments Treasury Services Business.

Primary Responsibilities : 

- Financial Analysis: Business analytics, financials forecast and planning, revenue/expense drivers and variances, and sales intensity

- Execution of Strategic Priorities: Partner senior counterparts in onshore locations on strategic initiatives including commercialization, monetization of sales, and new business roll-outs

- Senior Management Reviews: Produce strategic and financial presentations for management meetings, business reviews and townhalls

- Market Intelligence: Analysis and interpretation of financial statements and benchmarking information; source and interpret industry information from a variety of data sources to form views on the industry and key trends and individual companies

Qualifications : 

- Post-Graduate degree (MBAs/CAs) with preferably 4-5 years experience in banking

- Finance, Operations or Product knowledge of transaction banking, Cash Management or Trade Finance, would be a bonus

Specific Skills/ Experience Required : 

- Understanding of financial statements and experience in analyzing large data sets

- Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail and spotting trends

- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a pre-requisite

- Prior experience in Qlikview, Xceptor, Robotics, Tableau, VB Macros and/or other business intelligence tools preferred

- Must be willing to work shift hours supporting the EMEA time zone; flexibility to support other time zones maybe required later
