Job Summary : - Analyst, Rewards Hub participates in more than one projects being undertaken in the area of salary review, incentives or recognition. - Successful candidates have great evaluation skills and the ability to convey information in legible reports. They have strong interpersonal skills and are approachable, responsive, results oriented, proactive, and trustworthy. Essential Responsibilities and Duties : - Act as subject matter expert on global rewards topics including HRIS, salary review and etc,. Design and drive continuous improvement in related programs, policies and tools for group in consultation with different parties including HR, business and etc. to ensure global alignment and compliance. - Answer queries, address business needs and seek to understand business expectations. - Contribute to the success of global rewards projects, drive collaborations from different parties (countries, functions, position levels), leverage best practice both internally and externally to come up with sustainable solutions that caters business needs. - Prepare visually appealing analysis and dashboards utilizing excel, Microsoft BI or tableau throughout the year. - Assist in job evaluations and the annual merit process as required. - Participate in market and salary surveys.
